27, recently married, marginally employed library student; detailing my journey to figure out WTF I am doing with my life and the distractions along the way.

Not as melodramatic as my handle would imply, I enjoy reading the New Yorker, ‘internetting,’ keeping up with and making fun of pop culture, lazing around the house with my dogs and (new) husband, running on a semi-regular basis, and rocking out. I’m trying to nurture along some more interesting hobbies, but I’m still trying to figure it all out (i.e. life; where I’m going), and that’s why I’m writing this blog.

(By the way, the blog name is partly a reference to my over-use of asides).
